Normally, I have a problem getting Facebook notifications to work, but the other day, after doing a fresh install of my ROM, they seemed to start working suddenly. Now they're back to not working again. I don't think this is a problem exclusive to the Intercept, but I'm wondering if there's a reason why push notifications don't seem to want to work consistently.
